Privacy Policy

Last updated

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you register for Divine Awakening or visit this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the programme, and we never sell your data.

Who we are

Manifest Mantras is a sole proprietorship owned by Rashmi Shiradkar, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. We decide how your personal data is used, which makes us the “Data Fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. To reach us, email hello@manifestmantras.in or message us on WhatsApp.

What we collect

  • When you register: your name, WhatsApp number and email address, your city if you choose to give it, and your consent to receive the joining link and session reminders on WhatsApp.
  • How you found us: the source in the link you arrived from (for example, which Instagram post).
  • Payment: the Razorpay order and payment IDs, the amount and whether the payment succeeded. Your card, UPI and bank details are entered into Razorpay’s secure checkout and handled only by Razorpay. We never see or store them.
  • Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp or by email.

How we use it

  • to register you, take your payment and confirm your place;
  • to add you to our WhatsApp group, where the joining details and session reminders are shared;
  • to answer your questions and deal with payment queries;
  • to understand which posts, messages and ads bring people to the programme;
  • to keep the records that Indian tax and accounting law requires.

We never sell your personal data.

Who processes your data

We use these service providers, who process data only on our instructions:

  • Razorpay, to process your payment.
  • Google (Google Sheets), where your registration details are stored.
  • Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use this page.
  • Meta Pixel, to measure which of our Instagram and Facebook posts and ads lead to registrations. It runs in your browser; we do not send Meta your name, email address, phone number or payment details.
  • WhatsApp, the channel we use to share joining details in our group and to answer your questions.
  • Vercel, which hosts this website.

Some of these providers store or process data outside India. We share with each only what it needs for its part of the work. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • Analytics and advertising cookies. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies that help us count visits and measure our posts and ads.
  • Session storage. For the length of your visit, your browser remembers how you arrived (the campaign link), so it can be attached to your registration. It is cleared when you close the tab.
  • Confirmation cookie. After you pay, we set a short-lived, strictly necessary cookie so that only your browser can open your confirmation page. It expires soon afterwards.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Registration and payment still work without analytics cookies. Blocking every cookie may stop your confirmation page from opening. You can then open it again with the Payment ID from your receipt, or message us on WhatsApp.

How long we keep it

  • Registration details: only for as long as we need them for the purposes above.
  • Payment records: for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
  • Analytics data: under the retention settings of Google and Meta.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update it;
  • ask us to erase it, unless we must keep it to meet a legal requirement;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, for example to stop WhatsApp reminders (this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it, and you would then miss your session reminders);
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in the event of your death or incapacity; and
  • raise a grievance with us, and, if we do not resolve it, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, email hello@manifestmantras.in or message us on WhatsApp. Rashmi Shiradkar handles privacy requests and grievances. We may need to confirm your identity first, for example by messaging the WhatsApp number you registered with.

Keeping your data safe

Your data travels over encrypted connections and is stored with providers that restrict access to it, and only the people who run the programme can see registrations. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

Children

The programme is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, except through a parent or guardian who registers on their behalf.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the “Last updated” date above.
