These terms apply when you register for Divine Awakening, our live online Navratri meditation programme, and when you use this website. Please read them before you pay.
Who we are
Manifest Mantras is a sole proprietorship owned and run by Rashmi Shiradkar, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Manifest Mantras, and “you” means the person registering.
The programme
- Divine Awakening is a live online programme held on Zoom. It has 10 live sessions, each from 5:00 – 5:35 AM IST, every morning from 11 October 2026 to 20 October 2026: the nine mornings of Navratri and a closing session on Dussehra.
- The sessions are in simple English and are led by Rashmi Shiradkar.
- The sessions are live and are not recorded.
- All times are India Standard Time (IST). If you join from outside India, please check the time where you are; the programme page shows the converted time for your time zone as a guide.
Fee and payment
- The fee is ₹1,100 for the full programme, all 10 sessions. It is a one-time payment, inclusive of any applicable taxes. No convenience fee or other charge is added at checkout; we bear the payment gateway’s fees.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Your place is confirmed once your payment succeeds. You then see a confirmation page, and we add you to our WhatsApp group shortly, on the WhatsApp number you registered with, where the joining details are shared. If you have not been added before the first session, please contact us.
- Each registration is for one person. If a WhatsApp number already has a paid registration, we will not take a second payment for it; we re-send the joining details instead.
Who can register
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and pay. A younger person may take part only with a parent or guardian who registers for them and takes responsibility for their participation.
- Please give accurate details. We use the WhatsApp number and email address you enter to reach you about your registration, so we cannot be responsible for messages that do not reach you because a detail was wrong.
- When you tick the consent box on the form, you agree to receive your joining link and session reminders on WhatsApp.
Joining details
- The Zoom joining details shared in the WhatsApp group are for registered participants. Please do not share, forward or publish them. Anyone who joins without registering may be removed from the session or the group.
- You will need a device with Zoom and a working internet connection. We cannot be responsible for problems with your device, connection or Zoom account, but we will gladly help you get connected where we can.
During the sessions
- Please keep the space calm and respectful for everyone taking part.
- Please do not record, photograph, screenshot or broadcast the sessions or the other participants.
- We may remove anyone who disrupts a session or is disrespectful towards Rashmi Shiradkar or other participants, from that session or from the programme.
Your wellbeing
- Divine Awakening is a spiritual and wellbeing practice of meditation, mantra chanting, intention-setting and devotional ritual. It is not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist or other qualified professional.
- If you have a physical or mental health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether the practice suits you, please speak to a qualified professional before you begin. Practise within your own comfort, and stop if anything feels wrong.
- If you light a diya or lamp during a session, keep it well away from anything that can catch fire and never leave it unattended.
- We share these practices in good faith, but we cannot promise any particular result.

The sessions, guided meditations, words and materials we share belong to Manifest Mantras and Rashmi Shiradkar. They are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, record, sell, publish or teach them to others without our written permission.
Changes and cancellation by us
- We may need to make reasonable changes to the programme, for example to move a session because of illness or a technical problem. We will tell you in the WhatsApp group as early as we can.
- If a session cannot go ahead, we will try to reschedule it or offer a replacement session.
Our liability
We take care to run the programme well. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the programme is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as internet, power or platform outages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your rights as a consumer.
